AutoTuner Probe Bosch Adapter

The ATP050 – Autotuner Probe Bosch is specifically designed for use with the Autotuner tool and is compatible solely with Bosch EDC17 ECUs.

It is essential to operate the tool in BOOT mode. Only the ATP050 probe provided should be utilized with the Autotuner tool. This probe connects to the tool using the ATC050 cable. Connect one end to the top of the probe and the other end to the “BOOT” connector of the Autotuner tool. Designed exclusively for Bosch EDC17 ECUs, the ATP050 probe features pins equipped with springs. It is essential to position each pin correctly before initiating the reading process. Additionally, confirm that the springs are properly seated to ensure optimal performance and accuracy. Proper setup is crucial for achieving reliable results while working with the probe.

You can connect the ATP050 probe to the calculator circuit board using two distinct methods:

1. Connection via wire: Solder one end of the wire to the printed circuit of the ECU, following the provided instructions. Connect the other end by pinching it onto the upper section of the probe.

2. Connection using a test probe: The rigid test probe directly contacts the printed circuit of the ECU. Insert the other end into the connector at the bottom of the probe.
